User Account
For safety and security, each customer is permitted to create only one registered account by default. In case of multiple accounts, we reserve the right to suspend accounts without further notice.

Password Protection
STRIDE allows you to become a registered member through the "My Account" feature. You are responsible for protecting your password and controlling access to your account. Notify STRIDE immediately if your account is compromised.
Order Cancellation
Customers can cancel orders before shipping; contact our customer service. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Our return policy applies upon package receipt.
Color
STRIDE strives to accurately display product colors, but your computer settings may affect the actual color. We cannot guarantee color accuracy.

Prices and item availability may change without notice. Import tax and duties are not included; the buyer is responsible for payment if deemed taxable by local customs.
